目的:探讨白射干素对烟熏及感染后豚鼠咳嗽症状及血细胞因子的影响。方法:采用烟熏、脂多糖(LPS)溶液滴鼻、枸橼酸雾化诱咳,建立豚鼠感染后咳嗽模型,观察白射干素对豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期、5 min内咳嗽次数及散尽枸橼酸后5 min咳嗽次数的影响;ELISA法检测血细胞因子白介素-4(IL-4)及白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量。结果:模型组豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期明显缩短,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),5 min内咳嗽次数、5 min后咳嗽次数及10 min总咳嗽次数均增多,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);白射干素明显延长豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),明显减少5 min内咳嗽次数、5 min后咳嗽次数及10 min总咳嗽次数,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);白射干素明显降低血细胞因子IL-4与IL-1β含量,与模型对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白射干素具有止咳作用,推测可能是通过降低血液中的IL-4及IL-1β含量间接发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of baoqixang on cough symptoms and blood cytokines in smoked and infected guinea pigs. Methods: Cough was induced by inhalation of cigarette smoke and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) solution and citric acid atomization to induce cough in guinea pigs. Cough latency, cough frequency within 5 min, The number of cough after 5 min, the levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were detected by ELISA. Results: The latent period of cough in model group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.05), and the number of cough, the number of cough after 5 min and the number of total cough after 10 min increased in 5 min, compared with the blank control group (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, Baekasakin significantly prolonged the latent period of cough in guinea pigs (P <0.05), significantly reduced the number of coughs in 5 min, cough frequency in 5 min and 10 min Compared with the model control group, the total cough frequency had significant difference (P <0.05), and the level of IL-4 and IL-1β in the model group was significantly lower (P <0.05, P <0.01) ). Conclusion: ICA has antitussive effect, suggesting that it may play an indirect role by decreasing the levels of IL-4 and IL-1β in the blood.
