铽与吡啶-2.6-二羧酸络合物的萤光性质在生物化学方面已有一些研究,慈云祥等利用此试剂进行过铽的萤光光度测定。我们在前人工作的基础上进一步进行了试验,实验确定了最佳测定条件,测定铽的下限可达0.003微克/25毫升。用直接萤光分光光度法可测定氧化镧和氧化钇中低至3×10~(-3)%的杂质铽。与P204萃取色层分离相结合,可测定高纯氧化镝中的痕量铽,测定下限为3×10~(-6)%。方法亦曾应用于测定萤光粉和矿石中的铽。
Fluorescent Properties of Terbium and Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic Acid Complexes There have been some biochemical studies that have been carried out by Ci Yunxiang et al. For the determination of terbium by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Based on the work of our predecessors, we conducted further experiments. The optimal determination conditions were determined experimentally. The lower limit of determination of terbium reached 0.003 μg / 25 ml. Direct fluorescent spectrophotometric determination of terbium as low as 3 × 10 ~ (-3)% in lanthanum oxide and yttrium oxide is possible. In combination with P204 extraction chromatography, trace amounts of terbium in high-purity dysprosium oxide can be determined. The lower limit of determination is 3 × 10 -6%. Methods have also been applied to the determination of terbium in phosphors and ores.
