同志们:我们胜利地走过了新世纪的第一年,经全院同志的共同努力,我院知识创新工程试点工作进展良好,科技创新、制度创新、队伍建设和创新文化建设等各方面工作都取得了新的成绩。这次工作会议的主要任务,一是确立新时期的办院方针,并以此进一步统一全院职工的思想;二是部署院层面的科技创新战略行动计划,实现知识创新工程试点工作的重点转移;三是继续学习“三个代表”的思想和十五届六中全会精神,依法办院,以德兴院,建立与完善我院的制度规范和创新文化。现在,我受院党组和院务会议委托,作2002年度工作会议报告,请同志们审议。
