本工作用磁性测量和穆斯堡尔谱在78~300K温度范围内研究了Fe_(78)Cr_5-Si_5B_(12)和Fe_(78)Nb_5Si_5B_(12)非晶合金的磁超精细相互作用和其磁性。观测到了含Cr非晶合金磁超精细相互作用的异常行为。其超精细场的分布P(H)有明显的增宽,且P(H)不呈单一峰的分布。说明Fe与最近邻Cr的相互作用机制与其他非磁性原子与Fe的相互作用有明显的不同。从磁性来说,Cr的加入使Fe基非晶合金的磁化强度和居里温度有明显的下降。
In this work, the magnetic superfine interaction between Fe_ (78) Cr_5-Si_5B_ (12) and Fe_ (78) Nb_5Si_5B_ (12) amorphous alloys was investigated by using the magnetic measurement and Mossbauer spectroscopy in the temperature range from 78K to 300K magnetic. Abnormal behavior of the magnetic superfine interaction of Cr-containing amorphous alloys was observed. The hyperfine field distribution P (H) is obviously widened, and P (H) is not a single peak distribution. It shows that the interaction mechanism between Fe and nearest neighbor Cr is obviously different from the interaction between other non-magnetic atoms and Fe. From the magnetic, the addition of Cr makes the Fe-based amorphous alloy magnetization and Curie temperature decreased significantly.
