离子阱是质谱仪器中应用最为广泛的质量分析器之一,采用非双曲面电极的离子阱会在四极场基础上引入多极场成分而影响离子阱的性能。为研究掺杂多极场的成分比例,通过GEM语言构建了3组不同的圆弧形电极离子阱,应用软件SIMION8.1计算离子阱内部电势,在此基础上应用软件PAN33进行傅里叶变换得到离子阱多极场参数。本文通过计算得出了3种圆弧形电极离子阱在不同场半径下的多极场参数,并对偶数极场(A2、A4、A6)和奇数极场(A3、A5)的变化规律进行了研究,为圆弧形电极离子阱进一步的实验测试提供了理论基础和依据。
Ion traps are one of the most widely used mass analyzers in mass spectrometry. Ion traps using non-hyperbolic electrodes introduce multipolar field components into the quadrupole field and affect ion trap performance. In order to study the component ratio of doped multipolar field, three different circular arc electrode ion traps were constructed by using GEM language. The internal potential of the ion trap was calculated by software SIMION8.1. Based on this, the software PAN33 was used for Fourier transform Ion trap multipole field parameters. In this paper, the multipolar parameters of three kinds of circular arc ion trap under different field radius are calculated and the variation regularities of even polar field (A2, A4, A6) and odd polar field (A3, A5) The research provides the theoretical basis and basis for the further experimental testing of circular arc electrode ion trap.
