测试性是装备的一种便于测试和诊断的重要设计特性,随着装备复杂程度和技术含量的提高,以提高产品测试性为目的的测试性设计日益受到人们的重视,而测试性建模是进行测试性设计与分析的有效手段。借鉴多信号流图模型和相关性模型,提出一种基于多种相关性信息的测试性建模方法,给出了测试性信息获取和模型表示方法,阐述了利用该模型进行相关性计算、强连通分析、定性分析和测试性参数计算的方法。该测试性模型直观、易于建模和求解,适合设计阶段进行的测试性分析。nTestability is an important design feature of equipment, which facilitates the test and diagnosis. With the improvement of technology, the complexity of equipment is becoming increasingly higher, therefore, DFT (Design for Testability) is drawing increasing attention of people, which is implemented to improve the testability of products, and testability modeling technology has becoming an effective method of design and analysis for testability. After analyzing the principle of multi-signal flow graphs model and correlation information model, a testability model based on multi-correlation information is proposed, the way to acquire test information and the method on model representation are presented. The processing of correlation calculation, strong connectivity analysis, qualitative analysis and test parameter calculation is introduced. This testability model is Intuitive, easy to model and solve. Therefore, it is suitable for test analysis in the phase of design.
