地下管线是城市基础设施的重要构成部分,是保障城市良性运行的重要设备。城市建设部门开展地下管线管理工作过程中,形成了大量有留存与查考价值的资料,即是地下管线档案。加强城市地下管线档案管理,能准确及时掌握地下管线信息,服务地下空间的规划、建设与维护工作。笔者指出当前城市地下管线档案工作中存在的问题,并就加强档案管理提出几点看法。1存在的主要问题一是档案资料收集不全。城建工作中存在“重建 Underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure, is an important device to ensure the healthy operation of the city.
