使用改性木质素磺酸钠水凝胶在室温下吸附包埋药物阿魏酸哌嗪,并在干燥温度分别为20℃、40℃和70℃时制备了载药干凝胶,并研究了上述载药干凝胶在p H值分别为7.4和1.4的缓冲溶液中对阿魏酸哌嗪的缓释作用。研究表明,改性木质素磺酸钠水凝胶对阿魏酸哌嗪具有缓释作用,低温下干燥制备的载药干凝胶的释药速率更加平缓,酸性条件下释药速率低。
The modified sodium lignin sulfonate hydrogel was used to adsorb drug entrapped ferulic acid piperazine at room temperature, and the drug-loaded xerogel was prepared at the drying temperatures of 20 ℃, 40 ℃ and 70 ℃, respectively. The above drug-loaded xerogel sustained-release effect of piperazine ferulate in a buffer solution with pH 7.4 and 1.4, respectively. The results showed that the modified sodium lignosulfonate hydrogel had a sustained release effect on piperazine ferulate, the release rate of dry xerogel prepared at low temperature was more gentle, and its release rate was lower under acidic conditions.
