图书馆的读者服务是整个图书馆系统的重要组成部分,是图书馆学应用于实践的前沿和基点。因此认识,完善和提高图书馆服务质量至关重要。尤其在当今多元化和信息化的时代当中,对于高校图书馆读者服务质量的提升与创新势在必行。切实而有效的将网络通信技术、软件应用级程序,图书馆办公管理系统等一系列现代化图书馆管理方式运用到对读者的服务当中去。本论文将从如何正确认识高校图书馆读者服务及其重要性、必要性,基于新科技发展时代下的服务创新,面向读者服务的未来化趋势等三个方面进行阐述。
Library reader service is an important part of the entire library system, library science is applied to practice the forefront and base. Therefore, it is very important to know, improve and improve the service quality of the library.
