XC系列测温仪表,由于采用张丝支承和晶体管控制线路,比老式的轴承、电子管结构的仪表,具有结构简单、灵敏度高和易于维修等特点,因而大量用于工业生产中。下面谈一谈我们检修该类仪表的一点体会。 (一)測量系统 1.示值偏差的调修在实际工作中,对于XC系列测温仪发生的示值偏差,一般都是采用图1中R_s电阻和磁分路片的调整来解决。但有时因永久磁铁的严重失磁(如永久磁铁有气孔和沙眼或使用中因某些原因引起永久磁铁的磁感应强度减弱)而引起偏转力矩减小,致使指针示值偏低。此时,调整磁分路片已不起作用。若调整R_s,则必须调整一个很小值才能满足要求,这样做比较困难。因此,我们在实际工作中,往往采取稍微
