部份稳定氧化锆(PSZ)是一种隔热陶瓷,具有高强度,高热膨胀及耐磨损等特性。低的热传导性达到了隔热要求,高的强度提高了可靠性,高的热膨性为陶瓷发动机部件提供了一种简单的连接方法。活塞、缸套和缸盖已用部份稳定氧化锆隔热,并在一台绝热柴油机上进行了试验。
Partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) is a thermally insulating ceramic with high strength, high thermal expansion and abrasion resistance. Low thermal conductivity meets insulation requirements, high strength improves reliability, and high thermal expansion provides a simple way to connect ceramic engine components. Pistons, cylinder liners and cylinder heads have been partially stabilized with zirconia and tested on an adiabatic diesel engine.
