目的　评价床边纤维胃镜在ICU危重病救治中应用的有效性和安全性。方法　对ICU内27例(33例次)伴有上消化道出血的危重病患者实施床边纤维胃镜检查与止血治疗;对19 例伴有胃动力障碍的危重病患者床边经纤维胃镜放置鼻肠喂养管。结果　本组病例中27 例患者急诊床边内镜检查均明确了出血部位与病因,其中25例(92 59%)经内镜下喷洒或注射药物达到止血目的;19 例伴有胃动力障碍者经床边纤维胃镜成功放置鼻肠喂养管。检查、治疗与置管过程中未出现并发症。结论　对危重病患者在ICU内实施床边纤维胃镜检查、治疗与置管不仅效果明确,而且安全、可靠。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of bedside fiber endoscopy in the treatment of critically ill patients with ICU. Methods 27 cases (33 cases) of critically ill patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the ICU underwent bedside gastroscopy and hemostasis. Nineteen cases of critically ill patients with gastric motility were treated with fiber endoscopy Bowel feeding tube.
