目的观察华佗再造丸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注所致心肌梗死的保护作用。方法复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注致心肌梗死模型,以硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)为染色剂,观察华佗再造丸对心肌梗死程度,并检测其对超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果与模型组比较,华佗再造丸高、中、低剂量组能明显减轻心肌梗死程度,缩小梗死面积,降低梗死区质量,降低梗死区占心室及心脏百分比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论华佗再造丸对心肌缺血所致心肌梗死有确切的保护作用,其机制与其抗氧自由基作用有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Huatuo Zaizao Pills on myocardial infarction induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods Myocardial infarction model was induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Nitroblue tetrazolium bromide (N-BT) was used as a stain to observe the degree of myocardial infarction in Hua Tuo Zai Zao Wan and its effect on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA). Results Compared with the model group, the high, middle and low doses of Huatuo Zaizao Pills could significantly reduce the degree of myocardial infarction, reduce the infarct size, reduce the quality of the infarct area and reduce the percentage of the infarct area in the heart and the heart, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). At the same time, serum SOD activity increased and MDA content decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Huatuo Zaizao Pill has the exact protective effect on myocardial infarction induced by myocardial ischemia, the mechanism of which is related to the effect of antioxidant free radicals.
