农产品产地土壤样品经四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)分解和王水提取后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对重金属元素铬、镉和铅进行分析,通过在线加入内标校正基体效应和接口效应,应用干扰校正公式消除元素质量数干扰。测定元素校正曲线相关系数在0.9995以上,元素方法检出限(3s)在0.013~2.33μg.g-1之间,RSD%<10(n=12),加标回收率在98.1%~103.4%之间,结果令人满意。
The heavy metal elements chromium, cadmium and lead were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) after the soil samples of agricultural products were decomposed by four acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid) and aqua regia, By adding the internal standard to correct the matrix effect and the interface effect, the interference correction formula is used to eliminate the element quality number interference. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was above 0.9995, the detection limit (3s) of the elemental method was between 0.013 and 2.33μg.g-1, RSD% <10 (n = 12), and the recoveries were within the range of 98.1% to 103.4% Between, the result is satisfactory.
