采用工程上易于实现的模糊控制方法,设计内燃平衡重叉车自动变速模糊控制器,并进行泵、涡轮转速、车速、节气门开度等信号采集和电磁阀驱动硬件系统电路设计,软件设计中移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,采用多任务程序的设计方法,利用自主开发的控制器对某国产5~10t内燃平衡重叉车进行实车试验。试验结果表明,设计的内燃平衡重叉车自动变速控制器可自动识别载荷和工况,并调用相应的控制策略,有效地改善了换挡的平顺性和车辆安全性。
The fuzzy control method of engineering is used to design the automatic variable speed fuzzy controller of internal combustion counterbalanced forklift and the circuit design of signal acquisition and solenoid valve drive hardware system such as pump, turbine speed, speed, throttle opening, The embedded operating system μC / OS-II is adopted. The multi-tasking program design method is used to test a domestic 5 ~ 10t internal combustion counterbalanced forklift with a self-developed controller. The test results show that the design of internal combustion counterbalanced forklift automatic transmission controller can automatically identify the load and conditions, and call the appropriate control strategy to effectively improve the ride comfort and vehicle safety.
