利用热力管道模拟实验装置 ,对复合硅酸盐绝热材料进行了室内实验研究 .根据高温蒸汽管道频繁振动的特点 ,分析了绝热涂料及绝热型材导热系数方程 .通过优化设计和工程试验 ,给出了最佳经济厚度优化设计结果 ,并加以验证 ,得到了“复合硅酸绝热涂料 +复合硅酸绝热型材 +复合硅酸绝热涂料”的最佳绝热结构
According to the characteristics of frequent vibration of high temperature steam pipe, the thermal conductivity equation of thermal insulation coating and thermal insulation profile is analyzed. Through the optimization design and engineering test, the thermal conductivity of composite silicate insulation material is given. The best economic thickness of the optimal design results and verify that the best insulation structure of “composite silicate insulation coating + composite silicate insulation profiles + composite silicate insulation paint” was obtained
