对Φ8mm 2A10铝合金铆钉进行了电磁铆接放电电压和预制孔径影响工艺试验研究,针对沉头和圆头铆钉电磁铆接和气动铆接的接头进行宏观剪切试验、拉脱试验和微观形貌对比分析。结果表明,在电压380V、预制孔径8.2mm匹配条件下得到满足技术要求的铆接接头,其力学性能和微观形貌均优于常规气动铆接接头。
Electromagnetic riveting discharge voltage and prefabricated aperture influence process experiment were carried out on Φ8mm 2A10 aluminum alloy rivet. Macro-shear test, pull-off test and micro-morphology comparison were carried out on the joints of electromagnetic rivet and pneumatic rivet. The results show that the mechanical properties and the microstructure of the riveted joint which meet the technical requirements are obtained under the conditions of the voltage of 380V and the prefabricated aperture of 8.2mm, which are superior to the conventional pneumatic riveted joints.
