本文研究了C/PTFE与PI/PTFE复合材料的磨损、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率与抗冲强度等性能随材料组成变化的规律,并用偏光显微镜,差热分析方法考察其微晶体相态。结果表明其聚集态结构与物理、机械性能关系也符合文[1]中提出的一些规律,符合定量计算磨损率最小的最佳配方关系式,即 w_1f_1/d_(1c)=0.40(W_1/d_1+W_2/d_2)。
In this paper, the wear, tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of C / PTFE and PI / PTFE composites were investigated. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by polarized light microscopy and differential thermal analysis state. The results show that the relationship between the structure of aggregated state and its physical and mechanical properties is also in accordance with some laws proposed in [1], which is in line with the optimal formula for quantitatively calculating the wear rate, ie w_1f_1 / d_ (1c) = 0.40 (W_1 / d_1 + W_2 / d_2).
