目的　寻找眼表重建术后主要并发症的有效治疗措施。方法　对 32例 32只严重化学伤患眼施眼表重建术 (板层角膜移植、角膜缘移植及羊膜移植术 ) ,随机将研究对象分为治疗组及对照组 (各 16只眼 ) ;治疗组于术后 1wk局部应用 0 .5 g· L- 1的 FK- 5 0 6滴眼液 ,对照组应用 10 g· L- 1 Cs A滴眼液 ,观察 2组角膜新生血管指数、移植组织的排斥反应指数。结果　在随访期内 ,治疗组的组织排斥反应时间、发生率、角膜假性胬肉及睑球粘连 4个指标均明显优于对照组。结论　局部应用 FK- 5 0 6可有效提高眼表重建术的成功率。 Objective To find the effective treatment for the major complications after ocular surface reconstruction. Methods Thirty-two eyes of 32 severe chemical injuries underwent ocular surface reconstruction (lamellar keratoplasty, limbal transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation). The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (16 eyes each). Treatment Group FK-506 with 0. 5 g · L-1 at 1 wk postoperatively, and 10 g · L-1 CsA eye drops in control group. The corneal neovascularization index, Rejection response index. Results During the follow-up period, the rejection rate, incidence, corneal pseudo-pterygium, and symblepharon in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Topical application of FK-506 can effectively improve the success rate of ocular surface reconstruction.
