目的比较通塞脉片、通心络胶囊、步长脑心通胶囊、复方血栓通胶囊、血塞通胶囊对局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型治疗作用的差异。方法采用大脑中动脉电凝法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,每天2次ig给予通塞脉片(0.239 g/kg)、通心络胶囊(0.281 g/kg)、步长脑心通胶囊(0.432 g/kg)、复方血栓通胶囊(0.405 g/kg)、血塞通胶囊(0.027 g/kg)治疗,连续给药3 d,观察5种药物对脑缺血大鼠行为学评分、脑梗死面积、血浆中血管紧张素I、II(AngI、AngII)及血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)及脑组织中核因子-κB(NF-κB)表达的影响。结果 5种中成药均可降低模型大鼠脑梗死面积,抑制NF-κB的表达,其中血塞通胶囊组大鼠行为学评分显著降低,通塞脉片组、通心络胶囊组、步长脑心通胶囊组和复方血栓通胶囊组大鼠血清IL-6的量显著降低,血塞通胶囊和步长脑心通胶囊组CRP的量显著降低,通塞脉片组大鼠血浆AngII的量显著降低(P<0.05、0.01)。结论 5种中成药均可不同程度地抑制炎症因子的释放,降低模型大鼠NF-κB的表达,从而改善脑缺血,另外通塞脉片还能通过降低AngII水平缓解缺血症状。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Tongsaimai tablet, Tongxinluo capsule, Buchang Naoxintong capsule, Fufang Xueshuantong capsule and Xuesaitong capsule on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was established by middle cerebral artery electrocoagulation. The rats were given Tongsaimailian tablet (0.239g / kg), Tongxinluo capsule (0.281g / kg) (0.432 g / kg), compound Xuesaitong capsule (0.405 g / kg) and Xuesaitong capsule (0.027 g / kg) for 3 consecutive days. CONCLUSION: All five traditional Chinese medicines can inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines to some extent and reduce the expression of NF-κB in the model rats, thus improving cerebral ischemia. In addition, Tongsaimailian can alleviate the ischemic symptoms by reducing AngII level.
