以称重传感器弹性体17-4PH不锈钢为研究对象,研究了不同热处理工艺对该材料滞后性的影响,并分析了内耗、弹性模量、强度以及微区塑性形变等因素对材料滞后性的影响。结果表明,时效处理前的深冷处理能降低材料的滞后。
The impact of different heat treatment processes on the hysteresis of the material was studied with 17-4PH stainless steel as the load cell elastomer, and the influence of internal friction, elastic modulus, strength and micromechanical plastic deformation on the material’s hysteresis was analyzed . The results show that the cryogenic treatment before aging can reduce the material lag.
