本文介绍了在工业生产的10.5吨钢锭上用硫印法测定液芯轧制时的液芯率。试验钢为A_3F,锭型为F×10.5,整个钢锭轧成钢坯,沿坯中心纵剖,在鼓肚部分横剖七个断面,剖面做硫印图。根据硫印图硫分布的轮廓线,计算轧制液芯率。结果指出,硫印图法测定轧制液芯率比较直观、真实、可靠;比较经济,简单易行。
This article describes the determination of the wick rate at the wick rolling using the sulfur footprint method on an industrially produced 10.5 ton ingot. Test steel A_3F, spindle type F × 10.5, the entire steel ingot rolled into billets, longitudinally profile along the billet, the drum belly part of the cross-section of seven cross-section, profile made sulfur print. According to the outline of sulfur map sulfur profile, calculate the rolling liquid rate. The results indicate that the SMP method is more intuitive, true and reliable for determination of the rolling liquid rate; it is more economical and simple.
