煤炭是我国主要的能源资源。近几年,煤炭成本上升,加之煤炭企业对自身成本管理不到位,导致利润下滑,盈利空间小。对于煤炭企业来说,经济发展方式由粗放型向精细型转变,对企业的技术要求更高,管理方式要求更科学精细。为了提高煤炭企业的竞争力,赢取更多的利润,成本管理在企业管理中显得越来越重要。煤炭企业应遵循国家政策规定,通过一系列措施加强和提升煤炭企业成本管理水平,使产品生产成本下降,赚取更多利润同时又促进社会的和谐和安定。
Coal is China’s major energy resource. In recent years, rising coal costs, coupled with coal companies own cost management is not in place, resulting in declining profits, profit margins small. For coal enterprises, the mode of economic development has changed from extensive type to fine type, with higher technical requirements for enterprises and more scientific and sophisticated management methods. In order to improve the competitiveness of coal enterprises, to win more profits, cost management in the business management is more and more important. Coal enterprises should follow the provisions of national policies and adopt a series of measures to strengthen and upgrade the cost management of coal enterprises, reduce the production costs of products and make more profits while promoting social harmony and stability.
