研究了涂布纸脱墨过程中胶版印刷油墨中色料的脱除效果和涂布对脱墨性能的影响。将青色、品红色、黄色和黑色四色油墨作为基础印刷色分别印刷在涂布和未涂布的白色广告纸上,以此为废纸原料在实验室微漩涡碎浆机中碎浆、浮选,并以甲脒亚磺酸(FAS)和H2O2分别作为还原性和氧化性漂剂进行漂白。通过脱墨浆光学特性(亮度、白度和色度)改变的研究,分析了脱墨过程对每种颜色脱除的影响。实验结果表明,涂布纸脱墨浆的光学性能好于未涂布纸脱墨浆,但由于在浮选过程中填料流失,涂布纸脱墨浆得率很低。此外,在脱除四色印刷油墨的脱墨过程中,青色是最难去除的色料。
The removal of colorant in offset printing ink and the effect of coating on deinking performance were studied. Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black four-color inks were printed on coated and uncoated white advertising paper as the base printing color, respectively, to pulverize the waste paper raw materials in a laboratory micro-whirlpool pulper Selected, and with formamidine sulfinic acid (FAS) and H2O2 as a reducing and oxidizing bleach bleach. A study of changes in optical properties (brightness, whiteness and chroma) of the deinked pulp analyzed the effect of deinking on each color removal. The experimental results show that the optical properties of coated paper deinked pulp is better than that of uncoated paper, but due to the loss of packing during flotation, the yield of coated paper is very low. In addition, cyan is the hardest pigment to remove during deinking to remove four-color printing inks.
