汽车起重机回转机构的调试一般是指回转减速机输出齿轮(简称小齿轮)与回转支承齿圈(简称大齿轮)啮合的齿侧间隙的调试。将齿侧间隙调整合适,既保证小齿轮与大齿轮相互间不发生啃切,又保证起重机回转制动平稳。一般情况下都是利用小齿轮中心与回转减速机安装定位中心的偏心距,通过旋转回转减速机改变小齿轮与大齿轮的中心距,从而改变啮合的齿侧间隙来进行回转机构的调试。
