目的分析梅毒血清固定患者外周血Treg细胞和Th17细胞及其调节因子的表达情况,以探讨细胞免疫功能与梅毒血清固定的关系。方法采用流式细胞仪检测不同组别(固定组、转阴组、梅毒组和对照组)人群外周血中Treg细胞、Th17细胞、TGF-β和IL-6的水平,并进行相关性分析。结果在所有患者外周血中,固定组CD+4Treg细胞(28.71±4.53)、TGF-β(6.69±1.12)比例明显高于转阴组(24.95±4.12)、(4.85±1.08),梅毒组(22.83±4.48)、(3.98±1.07)和对照组(20.29±4.97)、(3.16±1.04);而Th17细胞(2.98±1.89)、IL-6(1.50±0.54)比例则明显低于转阴组(4.23±1.36)、(1.94±0.63),梅毒组(5.40±1.17)、(2.57±0.61)和对照组(6.52±1.21)、(2.97±0.87);差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论梅毒血清固定患者可能存在Treg细胞和Th17细胞失衡,从而影响细胞免疫功能,造成血清固定。
Objective To analyze the expression of Treg cells, Th17 cells and regulatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with syphilis and to explore the relationship between cellular immune function and serum syphilis. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of Treg cells, Th17 cells, TGF-β and IL-6 in peripheral blood of different groups (fixed group, negative group, syphilis group and control group) and the correlation was analyzed. Results The percentage of CD + 4 Treg cells in the fixed group (28.71 ± 4.53) and TGF-β (6.69 ± 1.12) was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of all the patients than in the negative group (24.95 ± 4.12) and (4.85 ± 1.08) 22.83 ± 4.48, 3.98 ± 1.07 and 20.29 ± 4.97, 3.16 ± 1.04, respectively. The ratio of Th17 cells (2.98 ± 1.89) and IL-6 (1.50 ± 0.54) (4.23 ± 1.36), (1.94 ± 0.63), syphilis group (5.40 ± 1.17), (2.57 ± 0.61) and control group (6.52 ± 1.21), (2.97 ± 0.87) respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Syphilis serum may have imbalance of Treg cells and Th17 cells in patients with sera, which may affect cellular immune function and result in serum fixation.
