2001年11月1日,由陕西省劳动和社会保障厅组织的全省离休干部医疗保障工作会议召开,大会对2002年1月1日起将要贯彻落实的《陕西省离休干部医疗保障试行办法》进行了安排部署。将要贯彻落实的《陕西省离休干部医疗保障试行办法》,其适用离休干部的范围包括:国家机关、事业单位和社会团体;国有企业、城镇集体企业、股份制企业和其他城镇企业;外商投资企业和港、澳、台商投资企业。
