本文报告应用3,4苯并芘人工诱导的肺未分化高转移癌细胞系进行染色体核型分析,结果染色体均数为59,多呈亚三倍体,有明显D组及C组染色体缺失,1、3号染色体短臂及长臂的部分缺失。17q~(22)HSR高频率(64.3%)的出现,多种复杂易位及大量标记染色体的存在,说明本组癌细胞的高度恶性特征。为肺癌的细胞遗传学及分子遗传学提供研究基础。 通过对三体地21三体病例临床观察,病史调查分析,表明21三体的发生与患儿出生时父母年龄关系不大,而与父母大量吸烟及接触汽车尾气有关,因点燃的纸烟焦油及汽车尾气中均含有大量B(a)P。
In this paper, the karyotype analysis of undifferentiated high metastatic lung cancer cell lines induced by 3,4 benzanthrene was reported. The average chromosome number was 59, mostly sub-triploid, and there were obvious chromosome deletions in groups D and C. 1. The short arm and long arm of chromosome 3 are missing. The emergence of high frequency (64.3%) of 17q-22 HSR, multiple complex translocations, and the presence of a large number of labeled chromosomes indicate the highly malignant characteristics of this group of cancer cells. Provides research basis for the cytogenetics and molecular genetics of lung cancer. Through the clinical observation of trisomy 21 trisomy cases and medical history investigation and analysis, it is shown that the occurrence of trisomy 21 is not related to the age of parents at birth, but is related to the parents’ heavy smoking and exposure to car exhaust due to the ignited cigarette tar and The vehicle exhaust contains a large amount of B(a)P.
