光缆与油气管道同沟敷设施工方法可以充分发挥并利用油气管道的路由资源和站场资源,将光纤通信引入到管道通信中,从而满足油气管道生产运行的高可靠性和宽带应用的通信需求。描述了光缆在管沟中的位置,设计图纸与施工步骤,硅芯管保护等技术问题;结合鄯善-乌鲁木齐输气管道、西气东输管道、陕京二线输气管道、兰州-郑州-长沙成品油管道、西气东输二线管道等工程的应用实践,对光缆与输油气管道同沟敷设施工方法和改进措施进行了总结,指出了目前存在的施工管理、组织及施工责任方面的问题。
Optical fiber cable and oil and gas pipe laying construction method can give full play to and make full use of the oil and gas pipeline routing resources and yard resources, the introduction of optical fiber communication to the pipeline to meet the oil and gas pipeline production and operation of high reliability and broadband applications of communication needs. The technical problems such as the position, design drawings and construction steps of the optical cable in the trench, the protection of the silicon core tube and other technical problems are described. Combining with the Shanshan-Urumqi gas pipeline, the West-East gas pipeline, the Shaanxi-Beijing second-line gas pipeline, Lanzhou- Zhengzhou- Changsha Oil Product Pipeline and the Second West-East Gas Pipeline project. The construction methods and improvement measures for the same cable laying of optical fiber cables and oil-gas pipelines are summarized. The current problems of construction management, organization and construction responsibility are pointed out .
