在工業企業的3～6～10仟伏配电所,一般設有下述三个技术信号:(1)位置信号;(2)事故信号;(3)警告信号。为了便于观察,这些信号的主要器具一般都集中在信号盤,信号盤設在值班室。信号裝置的基本要求,是值班人員可以很容易地确定所得信号的性質,及系統中發生某种意外变化的地点。在設計信号裝置时,还应力求綫路簡單,所需器具不多,以及使用方便。本文搜集常見的信号路綫11例,以作者自己的理解,对各例綫路之特点加以評述。本文圖中所用符号之意义如下:АК——事故信号触点,ВВ——輔助触点(前兩者为ПРБА型操作机構附件),Л——信号灯,ПС——位置指示器,СИ——蜂鳴器,ЭВ——电鈴,К——按鈕,РП——中間繼电
The 3 to 6 to 10 ampere-hours distribution stations in industrial enterprises generally have the following three technical signals: (1) position signals, (2) accident signals, and (3) warning signals. In order to facilitate observation, the main instruments of these signals are generally concentrated in the signal plate, and the signal plate is set in the duty room. The basic requirement of a signaling device is that the person on duty can easily determine the nature of the resulting signal and the location of any unexpected changes in the system. When designing a signal device, it is also necessary to make the circuit simple, the number of required devices small, and the ease of use. This article collects 11 examples of common signal routes. With the author’s own understanding, the characteristics of the individual routes are reviewed. The meanings of the symbols used in this diagram are as follows: АК - Contact signal for accidents, ВВ - Auxiliary contacts (the first two are attachments of the ПРБА type operating mechanism), Л - signal lamps, ПС - position indicators, СИ - Buzzer, ЭВ - Bell, К - Button, РП - Relay
