近几年来,我省一些公共图书馆在发挥馆藏优势,开发信息资源方面做了大量工作,特别是许多中小型图书馆在资金、设备,人力贫乏的情况下,从实际出发,编印各种各样的信息资料,向社会各界传播知识信息,从而取得了较好的社会效益与经济效益,受到了社会的好评。信息资料以篇幅小、内容精、信息准、快、实效性强,而受到读者喜欢。但有的图书馆在信息资料内容的编辑上还不够理想。其主要表现为搜集面窄,缺乏精心的筛选,因此,影响宣传效果。根据我馆几年来编印各种资料的实践,谈一下自己的看法。
In recent years, some public libraries in our province have done a great deal of work in exploiting the advantages of collections and in developing information resources. In particular, many small and medium-sized libraries have compiled a large number of books on the basis of reality in light of the shortage of funds, equipment and manpower. All kinds of information and materials to all sectors of society to disseminate knowledge and information, which has achieved good social and economic benefits, has been well received by the community. Information materials to small size, fine content, accurate information, fast, effective, and loved by the readers. However, some libraries are not ideal for the editing of information materials. Its main performance is narrow collection, lack of careful screening, thus affecting the effectiveness of publicity. According to our practice of compiling various materials for several years, talk about my own views.
