物资供应过程管理是煤矿企业经营管理的重要组成部分。合理地配置使用和管理物资,可以促进煤矿企业安全生产,减少投入,加速资金周转,实现企业利润最大化。随着煤矿企业现代化管理水平的提升,企业内部的物资管理效率跟不上企业发展的步伐,已成为制约现代化煤矿企业发展的瓶颈。所以需要充分利用信息化网络的及时性、灵活性、严密性和安全性,建立信息化的物资管理控制平台,实现资源共享,上下合力,齐抓共管。
Material supply process management is an important part of the management of coal mining enterprises. With the improvement of the modern management level of coal mines, the efficiency of materials management within an enterprise can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of modern coal mines.
