在表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠SDS存在下,硫化镉能与氧氟沙星借静电引力及疏水作用力结合,形成粒径较大的聚集体。这种聚集体的形成导致硫化镉共振散射RRS强度显著增强,最大散射峰位于365nm。在适当条件下,散射强度△I与氧氟沙星浓度成正比,据此提出了硫化镉-氧氟沙星-SDS体系测定氧氟沙星的新方法。方法的线性范围为4.0×10-3~4.0×10-1μg/mL,检出限为2.0×10-4μg/mL。方法可直接用于胶囊中氧氟沙星含量的测定。
In the presence of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS, cadmium sulfide can combine with ofloxacin by electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic force to form aggregates with larger particle size. The formation of such aggregates resulted in a significant enhancement of RRS intensity of CdS resonance scattering with the maximum scattering peak at 365 nm. Under appropriate conditions, the scattering intensity ΔI is proportional to the concentration of ofloxacin, thus a new method for the determination of ofloxacin by the cadmium sulfide-ofloxacin-SDS system is proposed. The linear range of the method was 4.0 × 10-3 ~ 4.0 × 10-1μg / mL with the detection limit of 2.0 × 10-4μg / mL. The method can be directly applied to the determination of ofloxacin in capsules.
