通过分析和比较直体后倒动作和团身后倒动作在教学训练和实战中的适用性和合理性,发现团身后倒动作重心落地依次是臀、腰、背三个部位,落地时地面对身体的冲击力要小。发现直体后倒动作以身体姿势不变,重心落地在肩背部位,落地时地面对身体的冲击力要大。因此团身后倒动作比直体后倒动作容易消除学生的恐惧心理,练习更安全,而且教学步骤明确,符合教学循序渐进的程序,更适合教学训练。在模拟实战过程中,团身后倒动作以团身滚动的优势,达到自我保护的目的。直体后倒动作更适合于集体表演。
