1923年Love(?)首先注意到急性胰腺炎时的精神状态。1929年Istvan报告1例急性胰腺炎合并一般脑症状、精神运动性兴奋及抽搐发作。1941年Rothermich等报告伴脑神经症状之胰腺炎8例,称为“胰腺炎性脑病”,之后有不少急性胰腺炎并发精神神经病变的报告。为对此问题引起注意,特将有关文献进行综述。发生率急性胰腺炎神经系统并发症之发生率报告不一,一般认为在10~25%。Kardash报告27%急性胰腺炎有明显神经症状,(?)则为14.84%;但(?)等在800例
1923 Love (?) First noted the state of mind when acute pancreatitis. 1929 Istvan report of 1 case of acute pancreatitis with general brain symptoms, psychomotor excitation and convulsions. Rothermich and other reports in 1941 with neurological symptoms of pancreatitis in 8 cases, known as “pancreatic encephalopathy”, followed by a number of acute pancreatitis complicated by neuropathies. In order to draw attention to this problem, the relevant literature is especially reviewed.
