疲劳模型的建立是研究混合料疲劳特性的核心内容。文中通过应力控制下的小梁弯曲疲劳试验,对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料疲劳特性进行研究,分别建立传统的S-N疲劳模型、分段的S-N疲劳模型及引进的P-S-N疲劳模型。对比研究表明:如果应力比范围较小,宜采用传统的S-N线性模型预测疲劳寿命,简单合理;如果应力比范围较宽时,引进的P-S-N非线性模型能更好地表征混合料疲劳特性,预测精度也高,具有先进性,对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的永久路面设计具有指导意义。
The establishment of fatigue model is the core of the study fatigue properties of the mixture. In this paper, the fatigue behavior of rubber particle asphalt mixture is studied through stress-controlled trabecular bending fatigue test, and the traditional S-N fatigue model, the segmented S-N fatigue model and the introduced P-S-N fatigue model are respectively established. The comparative study shows that if the stress ratio range is small, the traditional SN linear model should be used to predict the fatigue life, which is simple and reasonable. If the stress ratio range is wide, the introduced PSN nonlinear model can better characterize the fatigue properties of the mixture, The precision is also high and advanced. It is instructive for the permanent pavement design of rubber asphalt mixture.
