柔性制造系统(FMS)是由信息控制系统、物料储运系统和一组数字控制加工设备组成,能适应加工对象变换的自动化机械制造系统。调度与仿真模块是FMS信息控制系统的核心。为了验证调度算法的有效性和准确性,节省系统调试时间,仿真模拟功能无疑是调度模块不可或缺的重要组成部分,而位图技术的应用则能够很好地解决FMS系统仿真要求。以无锡FMS系统调度仿真模块的设计为例,给出调度模型构建、位图仿真调用的实现方法。
Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is an automated mechanical manufacturing system composed of information control system, material storage and transportation system and a group of digital control processing equipment that can adapt to the transformation of processing objects. Dispatch and simulation module is the core of FMS information control system. In order to verify the validity and accuracy of the scheduling algorithm and save system debugging time, the simulation and simulation function is undoubtedly an indispensable part of the scheduling module. The application of bitmap technology can well solve the FMS system simulation requirements. Taking the design of Wuxi FMS system dispatching simulation module as an example, the realization method of dispatching model building and bitmap emulation calling is given.
