一、问题提出我国新一轮数学课程改革把问题解决作为课程目标提出来,明确指出义务教育阶段数学课程总体目标可以具体体现在以下四个方面:知识技能、数学思考、问题解决、情感态度。课程标准是教材编写的依据和指南,教材必须根据课程标准编写。教材的编写思路、框架、内容不能违背课程标准的基本精神和要求,同时,教材的编写也必须考虑学生心理特征、学科特点和社会需要,使得教材内容和设计呈现方式有利于改善学生的学习方式。我国幅员辽阔,人口众多,不同地区经济发展、自然条件、文化传统有很大差异,而传统教材占绝对统治地位,形式不适应社会现实和发展需要,因此,课程改革提倡教材的
