为更好地使激素在实葶葱种子处理上得到应用,以新疆野生蔬菜实葶葱种子为材料,利用不同浓度的GA3、NAA和6-BA溶液对实葶葱种子进行浸种处理,研究了不同浓度外源激素对实葶葱种子萌发的影响。结果表明:3种外源激素处理对实葶葱种子萌发的影响存在较大差异,50~1 200mg·L-1 GA3能不同程度地促进实葶葱种子的萌发,其中以浓度为200mg·L-1 GA3处理的效果最佳,发芽率为85.33%,高于对照9.33个百分点;120mg·L-1的NAA处理对实葶葱种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,但不明显;5~120mg·L-16-BA处理抑制实葶葱种子萌发。
In order to improve the application of hormones on the seed of Allium mongolicum, the seeds of Allium mongolicum in wild vegetables in Xinjiang were used to soak the seed of Allium mongolicum seeds with different concentrations of GA3, NAA and 6-BA.
