With the implementation and implementation of the new English curriculum standards, English teacher training systems and projects have been introduced one after another, and there is a boom in training activities. Is the training effect feasible? Is the training content internalized by the trainee? Does the training concept work? This series of questions makes it necessary for us to re-examine and position the new English course training model and method.
