目的 探讨西比灵对蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)的防治机制。方法 将 6 2例SAH患者随机分为西比灵组及非西比灵组 ,观察二组治疗前后及 36例对照组血浆及脑脊液 (CSF)内皮素(ET)水平。结果 SAH患者治疗前血浆及CSFET水平显著高于对照组 ;西比灵组治疗后血浆及CSFET水平较治疗前显著降低 ;非西比灵组治疗前后无显著性差异。结论 ET在SAH后CVS发生中起重要作用 ,西比灵防治SAH后CVS的机制可能与抑制ET的产生和释放有关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with. Methods Sixty-two patients with SAH were randomly divided into xibinger group and non-xibeiling group. The levels of endothelin (ET) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of the two groups before and after treatment and 36 controls were observed. Results The levels of plasma and CSFET in patients with SAH before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of plasma and CSFET in patients with SAH after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. There was no significant difference in the levels of plasma and CSFET before and after treatment in patients with SAH. Conclusions ET plays an important role in the development of CVS after SAH. The mechanism of CVS after SAH may be related to the inhibition of ET production and release.
