一、改进去雄方法传统的镊子剥花去雄法,费工费时,且易碰伤柱头。实践中发现,徒手轻旋母本未开放的大花蕾,脱掉全部花瓣,能去掉全部雄蕊,且较彻底。熟练工每小时可以去雄授粉80朵花。比传统方法,工效提高一倍,两者的授精座果率均为78~85%。徒手法百果产种27.4克,比传统方法低2.5克。其原因是:传统方法保留多数花瓣,能够使子房和花柱少受不良环境影响。徒手法花瓣全部去掉,花柱裸露,影响花粉粒的萌发和花
