产权交易市场是资本市场一个必不可少的组成部分,但是地区性的产权交易市场无法完全发挥资本市场应有的功能,这就要求深化产权交易,建成区域性的产权交易联合市场。相对于中国其他发达的地区,福建产权交易市场的发展相对落后,地区性的产权交易市场已经无法满足福建产权交易的需要,2007年海西联合产权交易中心在福州成立,迈出了福建产权交易市场发展重要的一步。本文通过有关产权交易,产权交易市场的理论分析,阐述产权交易联合市场在发展过程中存在的缺陷,汲取其他区域性产权交易联合市场发展的相关经验,提出改革的政策措施,从而推进福建产权交易联合市场的发展。
Property rights exchange market is an indispensable part of the capital market. However, the regional property rights exchange market can not give full play to the functions of the capital market. This requires deepening property rights transactions and establishing a regional joint property rights exchange market. Relative to other developed regions in China, the development of property rights market in Fujian is relatively backward, the regional property exchange market has been unable to meet the needs of property transactions in Fujian, in 2007 Haixi United Property Exchange Center was established in Fuzhou, Fujian Property Transaction Market development an important step. Through the theoretical analysis of property rights transaction and property rights exchange market, this article expounds the defects in the development of property rights exchange market, draws on the experience of other regional property rights exchange market development, proposes the policy measures for reform, and promotes the property rights transaction in Fujian Joint Market Development.
