继伦敦奥运会之后,身体运动功能训练在国内日渐兴起,躯干支柱力量训练也被更多的体育爱好者所选择。在业余的羽毛球爱好者眼中,躯干支柱力量训练也颇受欢迎,然而,对这方面进行研究的专家和学者却少之又少。通过对躯干支柱力量训练的概念和作用的研究,发现躯干支柱力量训练在羽毛球训练中的发挥的重要作用,从而为广大业余羽毛球爱好者提供科学而合理的训练方法,为其提升羽毛球水平贡献微薄之力。
