目的观察捐献机采血小板对献血者血常规、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体等实验室检测指标的影响,以保证献血者的健康安全。方法选取2016年4月于本站捐献机采血小板的献血者30例作为研究对象,分别于捐献血小板前、献血后30 min和14 d检测献血者血常规、FIB及D-二聚体等指标。结果献血者捐献机采血小板后30 min,其Plt水平较献血前有明显降低(P<0.05),WBC、R BC、Hb和Hct与献血前比较有轻微降低,其差异(P>0.05);献血后14 d上述血常规指标与献血前比较差异(P>0.05);捐献机采血小板后30 min和14 d,献血者血浆D-二聚体、FIB水平与献血前比较均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论捐献机采血小板后对献血者身体影响较小,短时间内血小板、血细胞可恢复至正常,并且捐献血小板可在一定程度上降低献血者的血液高凝状态。
Objective To observe the effects of donor platelets on laboratory tests of blood donors, fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer in order to ensure the health and safety of blood donors. Methods Thirty blood donors who donated blood platelets were donated in our hospital in April 2016. Blood donation, FIB and D-dimer were measured before donation of platelets and 30 and 14 days after donation . Results Compared with those before donation, the levels of Plt in blood donors were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the levels of WBC, RBC, Hb and Hct were slightly lower than those before donation (P> 0.05). The levels of plasma D-dimer and FIB in blood donors were significantly lower than those before blood donation (P> 0.05) on the 14th day after blood donation (P> 0.05) P <0.05). Conclusion Donors donated blood platelets have little effect on blood donors, platelets and blood cells can be restored to normal in a short period of time, and donating platelets can reduce blood hypercoagulability of blood donors to a certain extent.
