目的调查安徽省3种不同种类汽车生境中仓储螨和尘螨孳生情况及多样性。方法 2011年5-10月在安徽省合肥等10个城市中选取私家车、出租车、公交车3种生境进行孳生螨类样本的采集、分离、计数、制片鉴定及进行数据分析。结果 600份样本中检出孳生螨类313份,阳性率为52.2%。共检获螨21种,隶属于6科16属。多样性分析结果表明,3种生境中螨平均孳生密度为(11.85±5.01)~(33.60±8.49)只/g,丰富度指数为0.532~1.525,多样性指数为2.264~3.035,均匀度指数为1.050~1.264,优势度指数为0.296~0.414,物种相似性指数为0.381、0.211、0.385。结论私家车环境中仓储螨和尘螨平均孳生密度最高,螨种类最多,物种多样性指数最高,优势度指数最低;出租车和公交车环境中相应数据与私家车中相反,且公交车孳生螨种与私家车的相似度最低。可能与不同种类汽车生境内储藏物、温湿度及人为干扰的差异有关。
Objective To investigate the breeding status and diversity of mites and dust mites in 3 different kinds of car habitats in Anhui Province. Methods From May to October in 2011, three kinds of habitats of private car, taxi and bus were collected from 10 cities such as Hefei in Anhui Province to collect, isolate, count, make identification and data analysis. Results Among the 600 samples, 313 mites were detected, the positive rate was 52.2%. A total of 21 species of mites were seized, belonging to 6 families and 16 genera. The results of diversity analysis showed that the average density of mites in three habitats was (11.85 ± 5.01) ~ (33.60 ± 8.49) / g, the richness index was 0.532 ~ 1.525, and the diversity index was 2.264 ~ 3.035. The evenness index 1.050 ~ 1.264, dominance index was 0.296 ~ 0.414, species similarity index was 0.381,0.211,0.385. Conclusion In private car environment, the storage density of mites and dust mites is the highest, with the highest number of mites, the highest species diversity index and the lowest dominance index. The corresponding data in taxi and bus environments are opposite to those in private cars and bus breeding mites The lowest similarity with private car. May be different types of car habitat storage, temperature and humidity and human differences in the differences.
