体育教育在教育体系中是一项比较特殊的教育方式,增强体质,增进健康水平是体育教育的目的。增进健康,也不仅意味着去做做运动练习,还在于如何懂得把体育实践活动做得更主动和更具实效,从而获得理想健康状况并保持长久,终身受益,也就是我们常说的“终身体育”。大学时期是人生的一个重要时期,大学体育在终身体育的体系中起着承上启下的作用,如何把握这一关键环节,直接影响着大学生的一生。本文针对大学生的生理特点及如何在这一时期给学生加以渗透,使他们在这一时期为终身体育打下良好基础发表一些看法,并提出一些建议谨供参考。
Physical education is a rather special way of education in the education system. It is the purpose of physical education to enhance physical fitness and improve the health level. Health promotion also means not only doing exercises, but also how to understand how to make sports practice more proactive and effective so as to achieve the ideal health condition and to maintain long-term benefits for life, that is, what we often say “ Lifelong sports ”. College life is an important period of life. College PE plays a role in lifelong physical education. How to grasp this key link has a direct impact on the life of college students. This article aims at the physiological characteristics of college students and how to infiltrate the students during this period so that they can lay a good foundation for lifelong sports during this period to express some opinions and put forward some suggestions for reference.
