目的研究电位滴定法测定消毒剂中苯扎溴铵的含量,探讨电位滴定法的适用性。方法采用电位滴定法测定苯扎溴铵含量,同时与氧化还原滴定法作平行比较。结果用电位滴定法含量范围在0.83~8.50 g/L的苯扎溴铵,与氧化还原滴定法测定结果相比,结果变异系数分别为0.465%、0.392%,两方法间差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);R2=0.9999,线性关系明显。实测消毒剂产品,符合产品标示含量,加标回收率为97.06%~100.1%。结论采用电位滴定法测定化学消毒剂中苯扎溴铵的含量,具有终点容易判断、误差小、精密度和准确度高、重复性好的优点。
Objective To study the determination of benzalkonium bromide in disinfectant by potentiometric titration and investigate the applicability of potentiometric titration. Methods The content of benzalkonium bromide was determined by potentiometric titration and compared with the redox titration method. Results Compared with the results of redox titration, the coefficients of variation of benzalkonium bromide with potential range of 0.83-8.50 g / L were 0.465% and 0.392%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods Significance (P> 0.05); R2 = 0.9999, the linear relationship is obvious. Measured disinfectant products, in line with product labeling content, the standard recovery was 97.06% ~ 100.1%. Conclusion Potentiometric titration method for the determination of benzalkonium bromide in chemical disinfectants has the advantages of easy to judge end point, small error, high precision and accuracy, and good repeatability.
