铁路客货车的钢结构是由型钢、板材和冲压件组成的大型焊接结构。焊接是它的最主要的连接形式。客车钢结构中焊接工作量约占总工时的50%以上,货车钢结构中焊接工作量约占总工时的70%以上,无疑,电焊机是铁路客货车生产厂的主要设备。可是,长期以来,由于使用条件差,电焊机是在频繁的检修维护下维持使用的。笔者认为,其主要原因是决策机构对电焊机缺乏价值工程分析,没有确定一个最合理的寿命周期,加上使用、维修管理等方面脱节,未达到设备周期费用最低、综合效益最高的目的。
The steel structure of railway vans is a large welded structure consisting of sections, plates and stampings. Welding is its most important form of connection. The welding workload of passenger car steel structure accounts for more than 50% of the total man-hour, and the welding workload in the truck steel structure accounts for more than 70% of the total man-hours. No doubt, the welding machine is the main equipment of the railway passenger and freight car manufacturing plant. However, for a long time, due to poor service conditions, the welder is maintained under frequent maintenance. The author believes that the main reason is that decision-making agencies lack of value engineering analysis of the welding machine, did not determine a most reasonable life cycle, coupled with the use, maintenance management, etc. out of touch, did not achieve the lowest cost of equipment cycle, the highest overall efficiency purpose.
