为适应武钢引进的一米七工程中高精度的森吉米尔轧机工作辊的制造要求,摸索了一种新的淬火工艺,即中频穿透淬火工艺,从而解决了这种精密轧辊的热处理难关。中频穿透淬火既区别于盐浴或电炉整体淬火,又与一般的中频表面淬火或双频、工频淬火方式有所区别。它具有淬透层深、综合力学性能好、残余应力值低、变形开裂小、精度高等优点,对解决高精度细长冷轧辊等工件的淬火有很好的效果。通过生产使用,用此工艺生产的轧辊已赶上进口轧辊。中频穿透淬火工艺及相应的淬火机床的问世,对改善和提高我国的热处理工艺和设备水平有一定意义。本文从加热原理、淬火工艺、试验结果及实际使用等方面进行阐述。

This article elaborates from the heating principle, quenching process, test results and practical use.
